It was an app via an email link. You can do the assessment on your phone or the laptop. The psychometric tests were in the form of 'games' which I found kind of inaccurate. They gave me my results afterwards and I don't know how valid they were. With a mathematical background I have always consistently performed well in numerical and inductive practice tests however the game results showed otherwise which questions how accurate those games are... maybe there was more to it..
