3 - System Design Test: software architecture exercises and technical discussion.
4 - Management Interview: cultural fit within the team, collaboration, communication, etc.
Straightforward process, one call with a recruiter and then got scheduled for a "tech" interview solving a problem using recursion or backtraking or that kind of stuff that you need to study before taking a test like that because it really has little usage in the real world
