I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
I applied online and an HR recruiter reached out to me within a few days through email to schedule a phone interview, he called at the scheduled time and we spoke for about 30 minutes about the role and gage interest, past experience, etc. From there you have 48 hours to complete a 2 hour timed analytical test. I found it fairly easy, just make sure you brush up on your excel/pivot table skills, but if you've taken excel courses in college, or worked excessively with excel through work you should do fine. From there I was contacted back within about 24 hours after completing the test and the HR recruiter let me know I scored very well and you move on to a 1 hour phone interview with the General Manager. Make sure you know the Uber business model, know about supply/demand, economics of the business, margin, etc.. this isn't a cookie cutter phone interview. From there I was invited to an on-campus interview which was 4 hours long, 1 hour each with 3 gen. managers, and 1 hour with a regional manager.. once again make sure you know your stuff about uber, they do ask you analytical questions to see how you think and how you devise the answer you come up with. I think your thinking is more important that the actual answer (as long as your answer is logical and makes sense of course). The most important thing is have confidence in your skills, they want people that are enthused and going to be willing to work hard and love what they do, if that's not you you may want to consider another company. Overall the interview process was very positive, I loved talking to the GMs and the interviews definitely seemed more like great conversations instead of your typical back and forth question firing. Good luck!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Uber in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied remotely so my rounds might have been a bit different.
Round 1 - interview with recruiter
Round 2 - Online test
Round 3 - Interview with Ops and logistics manager (all questions were city specific)
Round 4 - Interview with Ops and logistics manager (all questions were city specific)
Round 5 - Interview with Sr. Ops and logistics manager. This is what really threw me off. Since previous 2 rounds were all city specific, I ignored overall Uber strategy and behavioral questions. Totally messed up.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uber (Auckland, ) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied for the position online.
They replied quickly with a request to do an online skills test. The test involved basic numerical skills and dealing with a csv file. There was also a writing segment.
After the test they got back to me to set up a Skype interview. The phone interview questions were pretty standard, asking about previous roles/projects etc.
