I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Manila, ) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview focuses on how you'll grow the company. The interview process felt like people asking for ideas instead of checking on your strengths and how you can contribute to the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If the owner of multiple fleets is in an elevator ride with you, how do you convince him to sign up for Uber in 2 minutes or less?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uber (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Went very well. The interviewers are very young not much real life experience and or industry wisdom. They lack social skills and business acumen. Not very organized and clueless. The right person can easily climb the ladder of success at Uber. Not very diverse, expect your contemporaries to be young white college graduates with little business skills, Not even the token black guy or the token Puerto Rican. Shoot I would love to see a middle age white guy that knows what he is doing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied through a referral. Then had an interview with HR. I was successful and asked to come to a event where they talked about Uber and gave a feel for the company.
