Applied online then received an email with a few marketing tasks to complete. This was to test to see if I could maintain "the unique and consistent tone of Uber". After completing the task I did a phone interview with the recruiter. A week or so later a Skype interview was conducted with the General Manager and Community Manager via Skype.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
