Uber Data Scientist interview questions

The whole process took three months. I was first contacted by a recruiter, and had scheduled the phone call. But at the scheduled time, the recruiter did not call me and later found that the recruiter had left the company. I was later contacted by another recruiter and scheduled a phone call one week later. After phone call, I was assigned a offline test, which shows it should be able to finish in 4 hours. However, I finished it in 2 days since if you want the answers look better, the 4 hours would not be enough. After I turned on the test result to recruiter, I was contacted by recruiter 1 weeks later and scheduled a phone interview, which is 2 weeks later. The phone interview was only asking about the resume and then she gave me the real problem in Uber and let me answer how I should solve the problem. I thought my answers are not bad but I never got result after more than one week. I later let my friend in Uber to check my status, she told me that I was already rejected. But anyway, I never got result from the recruiter. The whole process was so bad.
