I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Nashua, NH) in Nov 2015
Interview
There wasn't an interview process. Everybody who applied got hired. UPS needs the help so much during the holidays that they'll take anybody willing. There was an informational meeting and then an orientation which provided little to no training. Casual clothes could be worn.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
There wasn't much of an interview process for this job. I applied online when I realized the company was hiring for Seasonal Driver Helpers on 11/7. At the end of the interview, I had to schedule an appointment to go to one of the UPS Customer Centers, and that was on 11/10. In the email reminder it said it was an interview but it wasn't - the person simply showed us around the facility, talked about the position, and, after everything, confirmed our availability and information for background checks.
After not hearing anything back from them for about a week I went online to the application center and found more paperwork to fill out. After filling that out, I got a call the very next day to come to orientation on 11/19 and that's my official start date. All in all, no "real" interview, just a background check.
