Get phone interview 12 days after the application. Skype Interview because I was traveling outside of the country. She called me later than the confirmed interview time and rushed in time during the interview.

Introduce yourself. Why interested in our department. According to your exp, explain responsibility. Role in your previous job.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.

What do you think the primary challenges of this UNDP division is ?
I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNDP (Zambia)
Interview
It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
