CBI Interview and written assignment.
The first task was a written assignment which took arund 4 hours to complete after 2 weeks i got a Skype internview which was CBI, there where 4 people interviewing. It was a mix of normal HR questions and more technical once
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNDP (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2019
Interview
They were very slow to respond. Would take weeks to get back to you and then ask for a second or third interview with nearly no notice. The entire process was extremely long and did not really respect my time as an individual. Overall, the process was interesting with the multiple steps they had, but it was not worth the offer.

Question 1
An interesting part of the interview process was the informational sheet they sent me the day before my screen interview. There was no context behind it, and then I was asked further information about it and creating interventions in the screen interview.

Typical process for an interview: found a position on the website, applied online, a Skype call, interview, then I got an offer 10 days later. I communicated with the hosting organisation on next steps and the internship organisation
