Typeform Office Assistant interview questions

Long infernal process. I wonder what it is going on with the job market, because, besides the fact that either you are too qualified for the job or too inexperienced for it, there is also a big loss of control within the selection process as it happened here with the job offer as an office assistant. Turns out that for the job, one has to go into 4 interviews a test and a week group trial... Really? What's wrong with you people?
