Tripadvisor Project Manager interview questions

It was the weirdest interview process in my life. The recruiter who contacted me was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I got an email from a recruiter with request for initial phone call. I submitted my availability, but haven't heard back from her. She appeared in a week later, apologizing for the delay, and we were able to set up an initial call. After the initial call she sent an email to submit availability for an interview a hiring manager. I replied, and have NEVER heard anything back.

I have interviewed for BigTech companies, Charities and small startups and NEVER had I experienced such a DISASTROUS and utter disorganised interview process. I have told the recruiter involved that I will write about my experience in order to warn future candidates to save themselves of the stress. I didn't even have the initial screening as the HR person sent me a mistaken rejection email then failed to show up during the meeting. She then tried to reschedule and didn't bother to align with my requirements. She then decided to rescind my interview offer, giving the reason of 'tone of voice of email' even though I politely gave her feedback on her unprofessionalism. Please try to avoid this company if you can and just take your talent elsewhere. No one should experience what I experience and I hope this will get escalated to senior management. I am happy to forward my communicates with this recruiter as I'd like some accountability to take place. It's 2022, please treat your candidates better!
