Interview
It was many years ago but Glassdoor require a review to see anything on the site, so please take my info with a pinch of salt. My partner has worked for two different Tesco stores and didn't have the same interview experience as me.
The interview was ok, but I was asked an 'if you were a biscuit...' question and absolutely hate those types of questions. You can't even answer them in a work-type way (maybe "A rich tea, because they're reliable" or some crap) I didn't get the job so perhaps they sensed my bad vibes.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tesco (Hull, England) in Apr 2020
Interview

Online personality test and scenario based questions to see how you would react to certain scenarios and prioritising workload. Took around 20 mins t complete. Didn’t pass for some reason and don’t give you feedback.
