I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2012
Interview
Was contacted by recuiter asking if I could interview with the company. I did an had three interviews one on one. They went very well and they were very professional in the interview. They made you feel relax and not nervous about the interviewing process. They walked you through through the process before they started their interview.

Tell me a time when you didnt live up to expectations; what did you do to make it right?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2012
Interview
I met with my Store's STL and ETL-Human Resources. They asked me 5 questions each from an Interview booklet. I was prepared for pretty much all questions because I came on here and looked them up beforehand. They said I did a good job, so I was scheduled for an interview with the District Team Leader. It was more like a conversation than an interview. He did ask me four questions from a booklet, but he was more interested in my life in general, I guess to make sure I was well rounded and had a good head on my shoulders. He said I did great and that he would contact my store's STL to let them know I was getting the position. It was probably the best interviewing experience I've ever had. It's a great job so far.
