I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Target (Bel Air, MD) in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied online, completed online questions. Someone from Target called and setup an interview. I had 2 interviews, about a week later they had me come back in and they extended a formal offer. I had 24 hours from the job offer to go for pre-employment drug test. In a few days I received a call setting up my orientation class.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (The Woodlands, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
Sat in the break room waiting for a while. Asked basic questions about retail experience. Sat in the break room after I talked to customer service and told them I had an interview. Awkward.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Shiloh, IL) in Jun 2018
Interview
About a week and a half after I sent in my online application, an HR member contacted me with a short pre interview to verify my information and elaborate on my availability. She then scheduled an interview for me the next day. The first in person interview seemed to be going badly to me, but then my interviewer told me to wait in the break room for a second interview. The second interview was basically reviewing and verifying my information again with a few new questions, but these were much easier and less stressful than the first one. The second interviewer offered me a job on the spot. I worried much more than I needed to, but it paid off.
