Very informal - the interviewer was looking for standard professionalism rather than actually trying to see if I was a good fit for the role. It was a easy interview as a result.

The interview process was fairly simple. I scheduled an interview time online and when I arrived, I was asked about some basic team skills. I was also asked questions regarding why I wanted to work where I did and my past experience was brought up.
