It Started with a tour of the facility and explains the role of the position. Then asked me situational questions. The “interview” part of it consisted of telling them about past experiences and then answering their questions.

Tell us a time when you had to deal with a difficult co-worker
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
