General questions, such as what was your hardest time and how did you overcome it? or How did you use your leverage in previous working place? Seems like they ask same questions to everyone and select anyone most fitting. I don't think they are considering interns as real employees

what was your hardest time and how did you overcome it?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
