Target General Merchandise Associate interview questions

It was an online interview with a series of recording videos so there was no actual person asking me questions. I was asked mostly traditional technical questions and about my previous work experience.

The interview process was essentially all digital. It was only in the very late stages of "congratulations you got the job" did I ever talk to a person. The digital interview was comprised of asking questions and having to record an answer via webcam or phone. It was very different to a lot of my prior interview processes but it was nice to have a minute to be able to think about a response
