The interview process wasn't very personal and I felt that it doesn't give you a chance to show how well you work in person. The interview process is completely online and automated so you never actually get a chance to talk with a real person to explain yourself best. They give you a set of questions you can prepare for and record yourself answering but you only get three chances at answering them all and they review your "best" submission.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give me an example of a time where had to work past difficulties or problems in a team setting.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2020
Interview
Pretty basic interview process. Was assigned a time to arrive and taken into a room with the Manager of the area I applied for and given some questions. For being such a big company, they actually do review your resume pretty extensively and ask you questions about it. So be prepared to explain your work history as well as your qualifications. This isn't the place where they just hire anybody who has a pulse. They also ask if you would be willing to work in other areas (bakery, Starbucks, etc.) of if you are set on your first choice... it's best to say yes, that you are willing to work where needed. 🙂

Question 1
Are you willing to work in (such and such) department, if needed?
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Hanover, PA) in Aug 2022
Interview
It's a pre recorded video interview that the hiring manager reviews and decides if they want you to come in for onboarding. You only talk to a real person if you're hired on.
