I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Internal recruiter assigned to me helped throughout the process. There was an initial behavioral phone interview followed by a coding project, and technical phone interview. I was then brought to their HQ, they paid for gas and put me up in a nice hotel. Technical whiteboarding interviews throughout the day. I wasn't the right fit for that role, but they decided to bring me back out for another in person interview for another department, but again didn't get the job. My only complaint is that they didn't give feedback on why I wasn't extended an offer, but that's a common issue throughout the industry.

Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, asked about background and why I want to work. Was told that there would be 4 stages: technical, case study, code review, and final round would be interviews with multiple teams.
I had a casual "technical" interview which was just explaining details about the role. There seemed to be a miscommunication about how far along I was in the process. Never heard back, even after following up.
