I was reached out to by a store director through LinkedIn who got me in touch with a recruiter who did my initial screening & phone interview. Afterwards I had a zoom interview with 2 store directors and then another interview with the district director and HR business partner.

Interview
Overall, the interview process is typical of what one would expect from a Management level interview. The focus is not so much on the scenario/answers but more on the BEHAVIOR(what action you took) in regards to the question asked. The interviews are structured into three categories: Situation, Behavior, Outcome.
Focus on the Behavior and tie it all together in the outcome and what you learned from said experience.
