The hiring manager didn’t seem too involved, asked very basic questions and never came back after the interview. Looked unprofessional. Complete waste of time, avoid if you have other options lined up.

Question 1
What is your experience with databases, excel, working with numbers?
Unorganized and hectic. The HR screening interview was unprofessional - instead of giving me more information about the role and department I was instead asked what the role is and what the department does. Opposite of most HR screenings.
The second interview involved a take him business case that involved manipulating data and providing analysis and recommendations for a sales dataset. The data was messy and columns were poorly defined. I received the case at the end of day Thursday and the interview was Monday at 9am which was not a fair time to ask for so much work. At the end all that was being evaluated were my executive presentation skills instead of also including my technical skills. I had only 30 mins to present on 9 questions and I received very little feedback. There was no indication from the hiring person when I could expect to hear back - only that their team was very busy so it would be a while. I reallly like the hiring person but the interview process was very unprofessional.
