I interviewed for an Associate Editor position in London. The interview was on Skype and lasted for almost 1.5h. They asked me the "top 10 interview questions", which I was well prepared for, and also a lot of questions very specific to the publishing industry that I was not as ready for given that I had no previous experience in editing.
