I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Implement X algorithm for this data structure oriented telephone screen, followed by 4-5 hour onsite which was web architecture design, dynamic programming, data structure/algorithm related. Solved most of the problems with a hint here and there. Interviewers were friendly, but interview follow up left something to be desired. Recruiter said they would follow up with feedback/decision from the team a couple days after the interview, but never responded even after I sent a couple follow up emails asking for feedback.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
The overall interview process involved a 1-hour phone screen, a 1-hour coding challenge on Hacker Rank, and a 2-hour on site interview. Everyone was very friendly throughout the whole process, and I got a really positive feeling about the Salesforce Ohana. The content is very focused on technical expertise -- going very deep into the relevant topics and even into some areas where Salesforce faces some unique challenges that are uncommon in other environments.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview was a series of 5 remote interviews and a take home coding assignment. 2 hours of the interviewing was pairing remotely.
Overall most of the questions were process related with a technical focus. Their recruiter was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The hiring team and everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the interview process.
