Interview process went smooth for the GM position. I was an internal candidate, so I knew the ins and outs of the company. It consisted of 4 separate interviews in a 4 week span: 1) district manager; 2) regional manager; 3) regional HR manager; and finally 4) president of the company.

Pretty basic. Just learn the details about the company and its product. Have to be flexible with your time. You will speak to the manager and be asked general interview questions like why do you want to work for us? Nothing difficult. Just go in prepared.
