Many rounds of interview and very very slow progress. Limited communication between candidate and HR during the process. Could feel lost while waiting for their updates or to know whether they are still confirmed to hire for the position.
3 part interview - one phone and two zooms
the first one was more to just briefly talk about logistics, job description, etc. with HR and then the next two were more in depth interviews about past experience, my goals, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Mar 2024
Interview
-1 HR Call
-1 call with manager
-Final HR Call
It is all a behavioral interview with some questions relating to skills relating to the specific role. Everyone was very nice and the process moves very quick (end of Feb to beginning of March - 2 week process).
