Many questions are asked where you give detail on what you feel would be best for the situation. Others where you had to talk about past experience. Prior to the interview you had to complete an online assessment to see whether you would be able to meet the companies needs and whether you had appropriate experience.

Question 1
Describe an event where you had to work as part of a team
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
