I gave three interviews on same day. Round One : From Basic JAVA/OOPS to high level approaches, Quiz, it of SQL/PL-SQL. 45 mins Round Two: On JAVA design concepts, intricate features of JAVA, Quiz, : 30 mins Round Three : Sort of HR: 5-10 mins

campus placement. . first screening based on normal aptitude test similar to cat. then 3 rounds of f2f interview. first two rounds were technical, were algorithms, puzzles and other coding stuff was asked. the third was the HR round where ur commitment and skills were looked upon. the interviewers were very friendly, i do not hv much background in coding and made it very clear in the beginning and i guess that helped me.
