Very straightforward qualitative interview process. Typical questions and no curveballs. I was reached out to you by a recruiter whilst in graduate school and had a phone screen, followed by a phone interview and in person interview. After that, I received an offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

5 Phone Interviews beginning with recruiters and ending with management. It was not necessary to meet in person as the entire job is performed via phone and email exchanges. This is for the out of college program.
