I'm glad you found us friendly, we care to make that impression with all candidates.
In terms of your other comments, it is a thorough process with incredibly high standards. The reason it is this way, is because we are unlike most other organisations that look after customers. It is a tough role where good numerical skills are key to delivering excellent customer service. Working through some of our innovative tariffs and billing systems needs a level of numeracy that we test during the process.
Personally, I'm sad you found it overwhelming and I'll take time to reflect on this.
