I applied online and recieved a call less than 24 hours later. It was a casual phone interview with the recruiter, she lets you know what units are still open and asks which ones you would be interested. The interview was less than a week later after my phone interview. We first met with the recruiter before the interview process started. Jessica, is extremely helpful in the process and is so good at her job. She really lets you know what to expect when you first talk to her on the phone and the emails she sent before the interview. We met with the nurse managers who would be interviewing us for a question and answers session over lunch. They were very relaxed and very talkative. After lunch we went back in a room with the recruiter and were called one at a time to individually interview. After we all had completed our interview we went on an optional tour of the Hospital.
