I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nokia (Atenas, , Ática) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process consisted of three parts.
The first part was a skills test including programming, networking and general linux questions. Also, after the skills test there was a group personality quiz, where you had to work with others to find a possible solution on a non programming problem.
The second part was a technical interview. This was done by at least one line manager. In my case there were three people. On this part, you mostly had to defend everything written on your resume and ask some basic technical questions.
The third and last part, was mostly an HR interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was a good experience. It was a campus interview. There was a presentation about the domain of work. There was a written mcq test, followed by technical interview and then HR round. Written test was separate for Computer science and communications students. As it is a networking company they hired a good number of telecom students. The questions were about English, math and relevant tech questions from engineering syllabus. HR was a bit more challenging as they wanted to get a hint of the person you are. Being confident and speaking your mind is the key. Be prepared to answer questions from pre-placement talk.
