I only been ina technical 55 min. interview and I was in! they didn't seems to be understanding what exactly i was talking about as they seemed they lacked experience in the domain I had, 4 people were in the interview and 1 HR guy who asked couple of questions and disappeared after.

There was a pan india entrance test consisting of both technical & aptitude. Then shortlisted candidates were called for interview a month later. The interview process consisted of 2 rounds. Both the rounds were a mix of technical & HR. Each round consisted of 2 panelist-one technical person & one HR.

Interview
Very bad approach from the Line Manager. As this was internal application, Line Manager refused all NSN employees and employed someone from the outside. It was bad picture towards all local employees that they can not get promoted nor upgraded to the better position. After 3 months of the probation, the person that was initially employed was fired due to the lack of communication skills as he didn't manage to become part of the team. This is clear sign that hiring procedure is bad.
