Interview
Initially, the interview was grouped into a group of 5 (applying for different positions) solving a problem. The interviewers were one from HR and two staff members. The problem solving was about 30 mins and then 15 minutes providing the solution and Q&A. After lunch break, then an individual interview with the manager and other staff members.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Berlín) in Dec 2011
Interview
