It was an easy and pleasant interview with three members from Communications. No Hr specialist joined. First, I had 25 minute to complete a task (to write a teaser and the content for an internal newsletter). Then, the interview started and it took about 45 minutes. The questions have been really honest and easy to answer to.

The 30-minute interview with friendly interviewers primarily revolved around NHS values and mission, featuring behavior-based questions. Despite the time constraint, it thoroughly assessed alignment with organizational values and behavioral competencies.
