competency interview then 16 statements based on job had to tick very much like me or a bit like me or not like me at all then asked questions based on my answers
Assessment day.Maths and English test very basic. More of a test of English than Maths.Interview questions seem to be more about whistle blowing rather than care situations.
Group interview of about 20 do ne prepared to speak up.

Basic questions, about yourself, what you'd do in different situations and scenarios. Talk about experience and career progressions. Normally two interviwers. Interviews were nice and out you at ease. Just doe your research on the job role and expectations.

What would you do if somebody asked about about a patient outside of the ward?
A role play scenario and then an interview with a panel of 4 people. The role play involved helping a ‘patient’ with a task. It was a fairly okay process.
