The interview was focused on highlights of machine learning techniques and the projects I have been involved. What I took a lesson from it is that you have to prepare for your projects and explain them well in detail because they expect to hear you from your experience. Don't oversimplify questions.

Good
Interview stages are well designed
Room for Improvement
Communication throughout the offer stage was slow. Left an impression they were not as invested as you would like coming in. Up until offer stage it was very engaging, just slowed at the end when you would hope it to be most engaging, maybe recruitment team were engaged in other open roles.

I applied online. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
First I applied online. Then I was contacted by Human Resources to set up the first interview. Interviewed with the manager (Hiring Manager) and Senior Actuary. Then I got a call back to set up the second round interview and spoke with HR in between about more logistical questions (i.e., would I move to work with the company), my salary expectations, and HR explained the health benefits. The second round interview was a two-part case study.
Dear candidate,
Thank you for your evaluation of your interview as an Actuary with us. We are sorry to hear that you have declined our offer. If you have any further feedback on our application process or any other comments, please do not hesitate to contact our HR department.
We wish you all the best for your future career.
