Microsoft Sr. Program Manager interview questions

Applied via referral from a Microsoft employee (would recommend using this process when applying). The process started with a phone call from a Microsoft recruiter followed by 4 x 1hr Interviews over the space of a 2 weeks (via teams due to COVID) with different Microsoft employees. Once the interview process had been completed the recruiter made a formal offer by the end of next working day.
