Question 1
Many different behavioral questions regarding your ways of working with different stakeholders, managing time and clients as well as using the right data to underline strategies.
The first part consisted of meeting with 4 different people about different themes. One case study.
The next part is meeting with the immediate team that was interested in you / had an open spot. You have one year to find a position.
Overall, it can be an extensive process, but everyone was welcoming and nice, and I enjoyed meeting them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Tel Aviv) in Feb 2022
Interview
First was a conversation with the HR recruiter. This was fairly general. They told me about the position and the process. They asked me about my background.
Fairly quickly, I received a take-home task which was to be finished in 24 hours. The task was a set of excel data, in which you must answer questions, give recommendations and analyze the data. The task was super tedious.
I finished the task successfully and received a call-back for an interview with the hiring manager. After the interview, I received notice that they won't move forward with me.
