Applied online of their portal. Received later an email to solved the mckisney game and fill up a non technical questionnaire. The game which consisted of three levels; one of them was around designing a balanced ecosystem

Question 1
There weren't any questions really, unless in later rounds to which I haven't been selected. It was rather missions.
Aptitude tests are quite difficult to finish in the time allocated, also instructions to play the game are hard to understand without prior practice. I did some prior practice and still struggled.

It was 3 games: one about selecting microbes, one about research and one about ecosystem building.
