Primeiro contato foi através de uma pessoa headhunter, Após, houve uma entrevista com o RH em inglês. Havia duas pessoas. As perguntas eram pré-definidas, bastante detalhadas e focadas em entender qual o papel do gestor em experiências anteriores.

Quantas pessoas reportavam diretamente a você? Conte sobre alguma vez que você tenha enfrentado um problema no time e como você solucionou.
The process includes at least 5-6 interview that focus both on behavioral questions (ability to coopearte, managing difficult situations, entrepreurship) and business case studies. Case studies always include a math component. There is a lot of material online to help you prepare.
