2 Rounds of interview, basically they were looking someone with Economics and mathematics background and is good at guestimates. Round 1 was with Manager and other was with Associate Partner.

Interview
First CV and additional document screening. Then a interview day consisting of three (mainly 1:1) interviews of 1 hour discussing motivation, personal-fit and a case. Final round is with manager of department with same process as before. Overall very pleasant experience and well organised.
