I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
The usual 2 or 3 interview-step process with the first one being very much about soft skills and past experiences. I did not get an offer but from my interview experience, I felt pretty well. Maybe I made the mistake of not understanding the background of who was interviewing me and came off too confident.
