I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
I was contacted by the Senior Recruiter. It was a standard interview such as resume walk through. It was a phone interview for about an hour. They are typical behavioral questions such as:
1) Tell me about yourself
2) When was there a time you had multiple problems? what was the outcome?
3) What was your greatest weakness?
Straight forward process and management takes the time to understand the candidate. They don’t drag the process along and get you to an offer pretty quickly. I appreciate their process efficiency for the candidates sake.
I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA)
Interview
I only had a first round with a standard recruiter. I was only asked pretty standard behavioral questions that you can find online. (tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, teamwork, etc.)

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what's your biggest weakness
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in person interview which both went very smoothly. They ask the basic behavioral questions and why you are their best fit. My advice would be to just be yourself and not try to fake something that you aren't. They look for personality.
