Be prepared. Quite easy process. Normal questions. Even the case interview is about basic knowledge. No insurance knowledge requirement. Two rounds intervew. First round is about behavior, second round is behavior and case. People are very nice there, so just relax and do your best if you have the opportunities.

The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
