Interview process was fairly straight forward. Had a call with a recruiter then moved onto a video interview with two managers.second interview was pretty easy. I discussed my contract and budget experience and got asked some situational questions.

Long, tedious, and complex. But in line with the madness of our days. Responsive interviewer, cordial and available. Many specific questions related to soft skills, no evaluation of hard skills.

Applied on Monday, recruiter responded within a few hours of submission. Met with recruiter a few days after applying, and then hiring managers the following week. I was offered the job the next day. The whole process was less than two weeks.

Was not asked any unusual or crazy questions. Recruiter and managers just wanted to know about my experience and why I was looking to change companies.
