Interview
started with filling up online application,
then u had to go to their portal to finish the assessment (4 tests), cognitive tests, language test, logical reasoning etc
one day coding assessment - 2 questions u hv 24 hours to answer
interview with department about urself, typical interview qns
Interview was more conversational, fit-check type of interview, no technical questions about accounting or auditing. Mostly me asking them questions about KPMG and their careers than any school or accounting related questions.
Two back to back interviews with a manager and a partner or managing director consisting of behavioral questions. Interviewed were both very kind and personable, and interview felt like a way to gauge company fit
The interview process was very easy and went smoothly. You get a traditional one hour time slot and interview with two different people, one working in audit and the other working in tax.
