Selection process went well until the final interview after which the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted me on all fronts. Considering the process took several weeks, included 2 interviews, test and a case study, to not receive any aswer regarding the decision is completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, they are full of themselves when talking about their "open communication" policy, fluid hierarchy and what not.
