It was the worst interview experience. They took 6 weeks to conduct 4 interviews, including a detailed assignment as well as an in-person final round technical interview at their Mahwah office. This office is not commutable without having a car and there in no other mode of transport. They called me all the way to their office after 6 weeks of interviewing with me, only to send me an automated generic rejection letter after the interview.
One 30 minutes teams call and then 1.5hrs interview with questions and presentation with the hiring manager. HR talent team liaised in between and took around 4 weeks from start to finish.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JLR

For degree apprentices, there are three required stages in order to get a offer. The first stage is filling our the application form. While it says they do not require a CV / cover letter, I would submit both giving you an edge over the other thousands of applicants. Then it's the online testing which are timed questions that relate to the apprenticeship your're applying for. And finally there is an interview that generally lasts 4 hours with a few breaks in between.
