Interview
I applied to work at IBM Watson. The first round was a one way online interview you complete within a 3 week time frame of receiving the invite link. There's some questions where you record your answers on video and a few coding questions; all with a time limit. The video questions weren't hard in themselves, but talking into the webcam was awkward. I would have preferred an in person interview. For the coding questions, I thought the 1st one was easy and the other 2 were medium/hard in difficulty. They seemed too difficult for an entry level job and for the time limit given to solve them. I felt like the problems didn't let me showcase my actual programming and problem solving skills.
